Order your repeat prescription by phone

You can order your repeat prescription by calling our prescription order line. The phone number is 0191 252 3135.

Please allow up to three working days for your request to be completed. Most pharmacies will deliver to your home. You can arrange this directly with your pharmacy. There may be a fee for this.

Our prescription service is automated. This service can be used when the practice is closed. A member of our team will process the request the next working day.
